Putting on your roller hockey skates properly?
Right now, I wear relatively long songs and I tape around my ankle. I don't know if this is correct or if I'm doing something wrong. In order to get maximum comfort, security. and movement when I'm skating? This is for roller hockey btw.
I should've said, what is the proper way to do this in order to get the things I listed.
First when you put the skate on you should tie tha laces as tihgt as you can(for stability). Next wrap the laces around your ankle for if you want maximum stability(but sometimes you do not have enough tape. Hey man wat up wit tha tape. In all my years of roller hockey I never used tape.
