Help one Ice Hockey Stick?

I am currently in grade 10 and looking into buying a new ice hockey stick
I am 5'8 and 130 Lbs.

Right now, these are my options

Warrior Dolomite, Warrior Mac Daddy, or the Nike Bauer XXXX

I do not mind which stick I buy, I would just like the opinion of the
public to help me chose because all of these sticks are pretty decent for my taste.

Please explain why you would chose either of the sticks walking out of a sports store.

The Vapor 40 is a derivative of the Mac Daddy. Innovative, the company Warrior acquired to get into the hockey biz, used to make sticks for NikeBauer.

Innovative was behind the Vapor XX, NBH's original monocomp model and modified that design to make it the Mac Daddy for Warrior. NBH, in turn, took the Innovative design and parlayed into the Vapor XXX Lite and later, the Vapor XXXX.

History aside, those two models vary from the Dolomite in that they are "true" one piece designs while the Dolomite is a "bonded" one piece. The difference is that the Mac Daddy and Vapor XXXX co-mold shaft and blade - much like the original Easton Stealth - while the Dolomite bonds shaft and blade after the pieces are manufactured separately, using a permanent, two part epoxy (like the Synergy).

As for which I'd recommend, I think the Dolomite is the best performance:durability value, while the Vapor XXXX is the purer shooting stick. The Mac Daddy doesn't get consideration because it has not evolved as much as the Bauer since they were the same stick 4 years ago.

Lastly, given your size, you may want to consider an intermediate size in whichever model you choose. If you really want to use a senior size stick, then go with the softest available flex - 77 in the Vapor 40.
