visor tint?

on my hockey helmet, i have one of those itech visor/cage combos. i was thinking of applying some tint to it. first of all, does anyone know where i can get this? and second, does any body know how dark the visor can be in high school hockey league rules?

I believe it has been outlawed now in the NHL and often times, minor/high school/ major hockey follow their lead. Brodeur was the one with a problem with it and Ovechkin is obviously the most well known user of one. I have never had one and kind of figured you could buy them like that. I know you can buy sticky stuff that goes over a car window, probably the same difference. Make sure of that ruling first because I am not positive and your league may be different. Too flashy for me.
