What is a good for goalies?

I am looking for a good for lacrosse goalies. It needs to be comfortable, well fitting, easy to move in, and has to do a good job of protecting me when I get hit by the ball. Hopefully, there is a protector like this out there. Also, what do college and pro goalies use?
