what equipment is needed to play hockey goalie?
I wanna play hockey this season at my high school. I play goalie in lacrosse so i thought playing goalie in hockey would be my position. (and no i am not some chubby kid who only plays goalie because there is no moving involved, because yes i do know that you have to move around) I need to know what equipment I need to play goalie in hockey. I pretty much know the basics but just tell me everything I need (like what do I wear over my thigh pads during practice.

alright......i'm talking about ice hockey goalie equipment, and i play field lacrosse not box lacrosse
when i say thigh pads, i am talking about the pants you wear on your thighs
Do you mean ice hockey? Or field hockey? Because for ice hockey, you do have to know how to skate. Sorry for asking, but there are so many people here that ask field hockey questions, lol.
