ice hockey goalie equipment size
Question for hockey goalies?
Im getting back into the game after a six year hiatus. Ive started to gather equipment and have found a great deal on some battram leg pads. I would mainly use them for roller (which is nice because the have easily attachable slide plates) and ill use the pads for ice sometimes. The problem is the pads are 12 inch wide and from what ive read those size pads are becoming illegal, Will i really get nailed for having 12 inch wide pads? The league isnt travel, although i could easily get into travel. So is it a bad idea to try to use these pads?
you should not buy the 12" pads you should get the 11". Because you don't want to risk it.
