Will velcro on hockey jock strap under garment wear out easily?
Okay, well instead of the old fashioned regular jock strap that holds the cup (You know the one that's usually white, and it's really tight) Well by now you probably know what I'm talking about. So I bought a short that was more like a boxer brief instead of the "Tighty whitey" kind. And for hockey (or any sport for that matter) it's just more comfortable in general. But to hold my hockey socks up, I just learned how to strap them on the velcro.
BUT, how long will this velcro last? Will velcro wear out easily? It's pretty quality pant, but I'm just wondering if I'll have to buy a new under garment any time soon because this one will wear out. Basically the question is... how easily does velcro wear out? Also, if it were ever to wear out, could I just buy a velcro strap and stick it on the pant?

Depends on how much you sweat, and if you use cold or hot water when cleaning it.
